Today, I tried searching for videos and Illustrations that have had search results in the past (ie beach, heart, dog), but now it is showing "No Results."
Didn't know if one of the hosting URLs was down, or if anyone else is experiencing the same issue?
I was able to insert videos and illustrations from Content Library into Storyline 360. Can you tell me a bit more about where you're located and what's happening when you try to search? Are any of the other Articulate 360 components behaving the same (i.e. Rise or Review)?

To answer your earlier questions if you still need them, my coworkers and I are located in various areas of Nashville, TN. I was only testing in Storyline 360. I can test in others if needed, but sounds like the staff has a handle on the situation.
Our team has cleared up the issues, and we'll keep monitoring it but everything should be back to normal! I'd reboot Storyline and try to insert the videos again (using the same search terms).

Illustrations are loading for me albeit very slowly - Videos show 'no results'

Photos and Icons do not appear to be affected.

working fine for me - can you try another browser maybe or maybe log out of SL, reboot and log in again

It should be back up and running, and I'd also suggest making sure that the network endpoints listed here are enabled.
