Hello, I have a course with two scenes, one in English and one is Spanish. I am trying to figure out if I can have a quiz in each path. Is it possible to have 2 quizzes in one course?
Is the user required to go through both languages, or just one or the other? If just one, then at the end of each quiz you have a results slide that is tied to just the corresponding quiz. So a Spanish results slide and an English results slide. When the user hits the results slide they are a part of, the results will be submitted and that will be recorded.
Hi Randy, if I select the completion of the course upon the completion of the quiz, I need to pick which quiz I want to choose, I don't have an option to select both. I don't the other result slide that is not selected will be recorded. Please advise...
So I had not thought about that part. When I have done this before, the quiz was not overly important so I completed it by slides viewed. So you could either do it by that, or you could use the course complete trigger. then based on whether they pass or fail the quiz results slide you could have a trigger that submits passed or failed upon timeline start for that layer. Then under the tracking for LMS track by completion trigger.
Does that make sense? You would need to test it, but either way it should still pass the score to the LMS because there is a submit command on the results slide.
Hi Randy - I'm trying to do the same thing. Can you give more details on how to add the completion trigger? The only triggers on a slide are Submit Interaction and Submit Results. I'm using Articulate 3, so maybe that's only available in 360? Thanks!

Thank you Randy, they have to complete just one path, so based on your response, it should work. Great, I will test it out.

Thank you, the completion triggers work!

Hello Leslie, I found the tutorial via this link. https://articulate.com/support/article/storyline-360-course-completion-trigger#multiple-triggers
I hope this helps, Anna
Leslie, I am not sure if it is just a 360 thing or if it is available in Storyline 3 but Anna pointed out a good article. Hopefully that helps.
Anna/Randy - thank you both. Unfortunately, after looking at the article Anna sent, it looks like the Completion Trigger is only available in 360...
Yes Leslie, I am using 360, so it works for me.
