Is it possible in Storyline to take a lecture recording (such as mp4) and insert questions at different point in the recording for the participant to respond to? Thanks.
Yes. You could have your Questions on a layer and put in a trigger to show this layer at a specific time on your timeline. Also you could put a trigger to pause your video when the Question layer is showing and then another trigger to play the video from its position once the Question has been answered.
