Some of the older Citrix-based hardware for the company I work for is configured to have deactivated sound cards, which is apparently creating a bug with Articulate which will not allow users to move forward with the training. This could be a problem since most of our learnings contain voice-overs and sound effects. Is there a way to deactivate all audio when publishing content or do we have to simply create an alternate version without music? Also I would like to point out that everyone is up to par with the minimum system requirements.

Hey Peter, sounds like a weird bug... Have you actually tested a course with no audio to make sure that it will play on these same systems? I really can't imagine that a deactivated sound card would make any difference with the Articulate course playing correctly, seems as if the course would just play as normal. There is no way the Articulate course knows if you have audio activated, deactivated, etc. that I'm aware of...
We are currently testing a version of the project that contains no audio files to see if it wasn't just a fluke. What i've failed to mention is that when we reactivated the sound card on a computer that encountered the issue, the Learning would progress normally...
After having tested this issue with the IT department we have found that there is indeed issues with progression but with citrix based clients (as also found in another discussion in the community). We have decided to create a second version of the project but without audio files.
