Technically yes. You need to find a means to connect your iPhone to the PC so it's recognized as a recording device. Do a search for "use iphone as a microphone for pc" and I'm sure you'll find some solutions.
Also, you may need some means to amplify the signal of your mic input. Something to consider or research as well.
