I'm facing a challenge that I am being asked to share a course with learners that don't have access to our LMS. I am trying different options such as publish to CD, but the file will be too large to e-mail and the learners will be across North America. The best option would be to send the Articulate 360 link which works great, but is that only meant for reviewing draft versions of the course or can it be used for learners to access to course via the web?
Yes - but you need the same access for our sharepoint site as for our LMS. This course needs to be shared with some new associates to take before they officially start with us so they don't have any company credentials whatsoever.
You're welcome to use Review to share a copy of the course with new employees. I may suggest disabling the feedback element - and then just sending them the Share link.

Hi Shelley
Doesn't your company have a web server where you can upload the published output and send a link to the learners?
