Hello all
I have published a couple of small courses lately and they are reacting differently within my LMS. Examples below:
- My custom EXIT button with trigger to "exit course" does not work. It always has until now.
- When publishing to open in a different browser window, it does not. Only opens within the LMS
- Publishing to give credit when x# of slides are viewed. Only shows status of incomplete in the LMS no matter how I publish the course.
Again... up until now, I have never had issues between SL and my LMS... I welcome any suggestions here. I have courses that were promised delivery today, but obviously I cant with these looming issues. Thank you!

Good morning, Terry! I'm sorry you're experiencing some wonky behavior in your courses.
My teammate, Renz, is carefully examining your file and looking into the noted instances – thanks for sharing this valuable information with us!
In the meantime, I wanted to share some great tips for troubleshooting LMS issues. I'm curious if the same behavior is reproducible in SCORM Cloud. Keep an eye out for an email with his findings soon, and I'll follow the case as well.
