You can't delete the base layer without deleting the slide. I would suggest either moving the content of one of the layers to the base layer and deleting that layer, or adding a trigger that shows a different layer when the timeline starts so that the learner never sees the base layer. Hope that helps!
The base slide is what all the additional slide layers are built on top of, so there isn't a way to delete that without impacting all the other slide layers.
We'd love to hear more about your needs with course design! Can you share thoughts here or as a Feature requests here. If you’re wondering what happens when you submit a feature request, here’s our process.
Do you know of a way to navigate between layers. To be able to go forward and back? The arrows on the player will jump to the next slide, instead of the previous layer. Your thoughts?

Thanks so much Allison. Both approaches work magically!
Thanks!
You're welcome! :)
This is ridiculous...
Hi Xavier,
What can I help you with?

It simply messed up some of my triggers nothing anybody can help me with, but thanks anyway! :)
Sorry to hear that Xavier, but glad you'll be able to get yourself situated again!

Hi Harry!
This is a simple fix! You'll want to use the trigger "Show layer" and "Hide Layer".
Here are two articles that are sure to give you all the information on layers:
