When previewing a Storyline 360 course on a tablet, not all of the content in the Notes tab displays on screen. I have attached an image below (I renamed Notes to Transcript). There is a lot of white space, and the characters seem limited to a small area. Not all text is displaying. It is missing another paragraph.
Is there an answer to this question? My client wants a video transcription in the NOTEs section which can get quite long. I copied a very long piece of text in the notes and it worked great, but I don't want to promise we can do it if there is a limit.

I haven't run into a character limit in the notes panel, but the more elements there are on a slide, the longer it might take to load.
Out of curiosity, does your client have a ballpark number in mind?
