Is there a way to adjust space between answer choice blocks?

I'd like a space to appear between each answer choice block (which have a yellow fill). Is there a way to do this? Also, is there a way to fill these blocks via the Question master slide?

Hello, Fiona! You can use the Pointer tool to drag and drop the questions on your slide as desired. See the screenshots below.
Just click on the question(s) you'd like to adjust:
