Is there a way to capture user feedback on a published course?

Jul 17, 2013

I'm wondering if there is a way to capture feedback about a course that has been published.

As part of our process, we work with our SMEs to build a course. When we have a draft of the course created, we publish and they review it. But the way they provide feedback to us is using spreadsheets or other methods outside of the course. When I say feedback I mean things like:

*change the wording of this on-screen text from "abcd" to "efgh"

*the audio is starting to early on this slide, have it start when the red box appears on the screen

Is there any mechanism where a SME or end user can review a published course and submit their feedback from within the course (or by some other mechanism), such that all the SMEs feedback is then consolidated somewhere?

One key is that the feedback is tied to the specific page they are one.

I've searched everywhere and haven't found anything that will do this.

Any help or leads would be appreciated.

Hi Marc and Welcome to E-Learning Heroes!  There is not a built-in review tool for Storyline, but that would make a great feature request. You can see here where others in the community would like this as well, and the standard suggestion (without utilizing some outside product) is to export the project to Word for others to review/approve. I hope this helps.  Have a great day!
