Lots of folks look to using a "chromeless" player which is described further here. That would remove all the elements of your player or you could pick and choose which ones to keep.
Thanks- this works on the first slide but the rest of the slides (in preview) show menu & resources. In storyline view, the rest of the slides do not display resources & menu. Any suggestions
On the slide that does not show these two items in preview...the title of the program appears on the top. Do not want that to show. How can I hide that?

go into the Player Tab and deselect Menu and Resources from the Features panel

You may have changed individual slides to have custom player properties, so you'll want to look at adjusting that here.
