Is there a way to create editable fields that roll over to a new slide?

I was asked to build a course where a user has to watch a scenario, take notes, have a slide with all of the user's compiled notes, and then have them write a report based on their notes. Is there a way to create fields where a user can enter information on one slide, some more information on another slide, and then have all of their information put together on yet another slide for them to review?
