We have several course that we built using storyline and Rise inside Articulate 360. Several of our courses reference our products; some of these products change over time - the change may be in any of these : packaging/ingredients/claims - and we need to take out old images and replace with new images to reflect the change. The way we know how to make an image change is to go into each course and look for images and make a note and change it.
Is there a better way. Is there a way to "scan" .story files to locate images that are inserted into the slides? Are there any best practices to track images used in courses?
If you open a published output folder, you find another folder inside called "mobile". All of the image files in your course should be in that mobile folder.
