I am on an Articulate 360 Team license and one team member has created a custom color theme that we all want to use for our courses. is there an easy way to share that color scheme so that each course we create can use it? Or do we each need to create and save the color scheme on our own?
Hi Kim! You can share any custom Storyline 360 theme with anyone. This article lists the steps to share custom themes and use custom themes you receive. Let me know if you have any other questions.
Thank you so much-that was very hepful-
My next crisis-
I spent 4 hours working on a course, saved it and closed it and now I do not see it anywhere-
Is there a way to recover a file in Storyline 360???
Thanks
Kim
There may still be a working version of your project in your temp files. Here's how to check:
Open this folder in Windows Explorer: %appdata%\Articulate\Storyline
Scan the contents of this folder for a file that starts with the name of your project. If you find one, copy it to your desktop. If you find more than one, copy the latest version to your desktop.
Change the file extension of the copy on your desktop from *.tmp to *.story.
Also, I thought I'd point out that when you respond directly from your email, your signature is appended to the message. You may want to pop in there and edit out any personal information you don't want to share with the community.

Here's a great video that demonstrates this process.

Unfortunately the file was not there. Thanks, though, for the quick response!!
Another learning experience!!!
