this has happened me a few times now when recording screens. see attached - I am getting part of the black bar that is part of the instruction. Am I doing something wrong here or what? thanks in advance
To prevent this from happening, you could troubleshoot a bit. First, be sure that you are working on your local drive. If it's just this file that you seem to be having difficulty with, then you may want to start fresh by importing into a new project. If you are having trouble with multiple files and Storyline in general then you may need to check out thisarticle for assistance.
