Good day! I'm going to get your post a bump so that others can contribute as well. Apparently for Storyline 360 users Articulate doesn't provide support on Javascript coding. They did create a best practices guide about it below:
I think you need a Learning Record Store (LRS). Connect it with your LMS and it will record all the data going to your LMS. Now you can use data available in LRS, anywhere or any way.
