Yikes, that's really strange! Thanks for including the screenshot, Kyle. I'll try and recreate the issue in a new file, but I'd like to get some more details from you first.
Are you on the latest update of Storyline 360? Here's how to check: click the Help tab, click About Storyline, and look for this number in the bottom-right corner. 3.8.13281.0
Where is the published output hosted?
What iOS and browser version did you use for testing?
*Note
When I said iPhone only, I meant that it did not happen on my PC. I had
only tested the mobile version on my Iphone. It may be happening on iPads
too, or maybe even Androids.
Did you publish with the September 14th release? Maybe the September 5
release wasn't even the issue.
It's odd. I showed this to our business leaders last Monday (9/11) and it
worked. Then I had updated Storyline the next day (9/12). This time it
messed up the letters with emoji's
Are you able to test the September 5th release on your end? Can you even
roll-back to an earlier release?
Hey Kyle, I think it may actually have something to do with your server. Can you publish your file again, and this time host it on Tempshare? Do you see the same problem there?
In the mean time, I'll see if I can get my hands on an earlier release. Keep me posted!
Hi Kyle, I think you tried to attach an image via email, and it didn't come through. Could you click here to open the thread and attach the image in a new comment? Thanks!

I was on the latest version when I published this (After September 5th's
Update), but not the update that fixed the WORD output
It is published as WEB to a web hosting account.
I'm on the latest iOS on the Iphone 7 Plus and I used Safari
Does this help?

Thanks, Kyle. Can you please test this link on your iPhone and let me know if you're seeing the same problem there?
Thanks!
