Issue in android devices - URGENT HELP REQUIRED

Here is some info on how to publish and view Storyline 2 content on mobile devices, incl. Android.

In addition to what Michael shared, you'll want to confirm you're using Storyline 2, as Storyline 1 does not support Android. Also, you'll want to look at viewing the content in one of the supported browsers here. 

@Michael Hinze - we have already tried this options but still we are getting module scaling issue. is there any other options to sort this out?

Our issue are as below.

We are uploading our module (story) to CDN for fastest result. Now scenario is this.

1. When we are playing story from our LMS without CDN url then its work fine.

2. When we are playing story from LMS with CDN url then its work fine with desktop view.

3. When we are playing story from LMS with CDN url then it does not work without desktop view.

Can any body help up to sort out this issue.

Hi Kanak,

I'm not familiar with CDN and how that's impacting your course, so hopefully others can chime in here with additional information. You mentioned scaling, so I did also want to point out that some LMSs display the content in an iFrame and it can appear misaligned as detailed here. 

If you'd like to look at it in a testing environment, you may also want to test out your course at SCORM Cloud which is an industry standard for testing SCORM output.
