After waiting for over three hours for a video to publish, the video is just showing a black screen. When I preview it in Storyline, it works the way that it should.
There are no other items on the timeline, other than the video itself.
Ultimately I went this route so that I can have the cue point/trigger to ensure my Team Members watch the majority of this 40 minute session.
