Hello everyone. I have a storyline 2 file, which is only 29 slides and not too intense as far as what's involved. It crashes now everytime I try to publish to AICC. Any thoughts?
Are you seeing this happen only with that one file in particular or is this happening with any .story file that you try to publish? Importing into a new file may fix this if the former is the issue or you may need to repair your software to fix erratic behavior if the latter.
Just this particular file (so far). Thanks for the reply Ali. As a matter of fact, I forwarded the file to a friend who had no problem publishing it, but, I still cannot.. I made a few updates and he is trying to publish that right now...I'll let you know what happens. As far as importing to a new file, I have not tried that, I will try now..
