Issue while applying tigger and if condition.

Nov 01, 2019

Hi All,

I have recently noticed a issues post update of articulate 360. Whenever I apply a trigger with if condition. I tend to get the following error msg in the log file articulate:

{DependencyProperty.UnsetValue}' is not a valid value for property 'FocusVisualStyle'

Can anyone help me with what the error is all about and how can I resolved it.

As per my understanding, this error means the software (articulate) loses its focus with trigger menus as soon as I click on the object list menu.

Variation tried to resolve the issues are:

1) Created a copy of the story file at a different location and tried to edit or create a new trigger. Didn't work

2) Opened a new project, Imported the file and created a new trigger. Didn't work.

3) Created a new story file, Imported ppt, created a new slide, edited it and tried applying trigger. This also didn't work.

4) Degraded the storyline version and opened the same file and applied the trigger. Worked as expected.

Let me know for any suggestion options to resolve it.

Thanks in advance.
