I received mp4 videos with closed captioning displayed on the videos. I inserted them into my Storyline 2 project. The captions appear during a preview slide or scene playback. The captions disappear after publishing the project. It is published for an LMS, SCORM 1.2. The videos also play nicely when I open them in the story content folder.
Does anyone have a fix for this? I need to find a solution pronto. It's one of those two-day turnaround projects.
