Issue with Content Library

I'm trying to look at photos from the content library. But only the first 6 rows load and the rest do not (see attached). Internet is connected and secure. Storyline 360 is up to date as well. Anyone else having this issue? If so, were you able to fix it and how?

Hi. I seem to be having the same issue as Brett. Downloaded a trial version of 360 2 days ago, but when I search for images, after 6 rows of 5 images I get the triangles/exclamation marks as per image 1.

I've checked to see if 360 is up to date, and when I use the option in image 2 nothing happens, so I'm assuming there's nothing to update. 

I've also asked our IT Department for the sites shown in image 3 to be unblocked/whitelisted, and I've received an email to confirm the request has been completed.

Hi Malcolm,

So it looks like some images are coming through but not all - do you see the top row filled out for each search? If the IT team has already enabled and allowed those ports and you're still running into issues I wonder if it's a speed/connection issue. That'd be my guess based on the top row showing some images.

Thanks very much for the quick reply, really appreciated. Had an update for Studio & Storyline this morning, completed successfully. Conducted 3 searchs using 'sport', 'people', & 'environment' to provide some more information:

For photos I see the top 6 rows of 5 images and then triangles & exclamation marks.

For illustrations, I see only triangles & exclamation marks, no illustrations at all.

For icons, I see all icons even when I click on the 'Load More Images' button.

For videos, I see all videos even when I click on the 'Load More Images' button.

Is this confirming your original thoughts, or would this be leading to some other issue please? Happy to communicate with your Support Team to try to get rectified. Is there a special link/page I need to use please?
