Hi Shelley,

If you are not seeing the new e-mail pop up from your mail client you can try the following:

  • Check if you can find the zipped file of the published file to attach and see if that can be sent using your email client.
  • Check that a firewall in your network that scans outgoing mail blocks zip or .exe attachments.
  • If you want to distribute the content for local playback or via USB,  check the other options here for sharing the content.
  • Check that the file size is not too large for your email client. This may be a limitation of your email client and is outside of Storyline's control.
