Issue with file saving, corrupted data error.

Hi everyone,

I have been facing storyline 360 file saving issue for quite a long time.

Whenever i save worked project file i get an error "The project could not be saved. Corrupted data". I have also attached a screenshot below.

I have searched to solve this issue on various blogs and i followed few steps like deleting the cache, temp and recent files. But, still the issue is not resolved.

I would like someone to help me solve the problem as i am working on a very important project. Hope i would get the solution for this issue as early as possible.

Hi, Daniel. I'm sorry to hear you're also facing this error on the latest update!

A few clarifying questions and quick tactics to try so that we can explore our next steps:

  • What happens if you undo the changes you made and then try to save?
  • Is this happening with any project file or a particular one?
  • Have you had a chance to see if a simple Storyline 360 repair helps resolve the message?
