Issue with inserting MP4 (end is cut)

Hi,

I have a quick question and hope you can help me.

After inserting MP4 into Storyline slides and previewing my scene my mp4 file is often cut short at the very end? Sometimes this does not happen.

Could you tell me how I can avoid that?Thanks a lot for your answer (I won't be able to deliver my work until I can fix this).

Hi Lydie!

I have seen this reported once and it was shared with our QA Team.

If you utilize another mp4, do you have the same issue, or is it limited to a particular file?

Lydie,

I have had this happen frequently when I set the slide to advance at the end of the timeline, and set the timeline to the length of the mp4. I think it is some sort of a mini-processing glitch (similar to, but not the same as a buffering error.) I never saw it again after I set my slides to advance when media completes.
