I'm having an issue integrating our existing 3 second .mp4 intro into storyline. The resolution of the video that I imported is equal to the size of the stage i.e. 720x540.
However it appears that the width of the video is being slightly condensed. Here's my question - if I import a video file that is 720x540 into storyline and the stage is set to 720x540, will the video look the same?
When I view the video on its own, it actually looks wider. I do see what you mean, but I'm not sure how the scaling is taking place. If I adjust the Story Size to a larger size and resize the width of the video, it does look a little better.
If you lock the aspect ratio and adjust the width, the video will scale with the slide as well.
It might help to make the Story Size a little wider and see if that works better for you. If not, can you double-check and confirm the original video is 740? I might be wrong, just seems a bit wider when the original video is played on its own.
