Issue with 'Invalid Answer Message' Appearing before Feedback
Sep 22, 2014
Hi Articulate Community,
I'm trying to implement a drag and drop question with multiple drag and drop locations using triggers as outlined here in a course I'm working on: https://player.vimeo.com/video/204928692
I have followed the instructions correctly, I think. However, the only issue I keep having with it is that I receive the 'Invalid answer - you must complete the question before submitting' message - this displays even when all the answers are correct. When the learner clicks OK, the message clears and they get the Correct feedback but obviously I don't want the invalid answer message to appear at all, and I'm not sure why it is.
Any idea why this might be happening? If anyone on the community has any ideas or suggestions on how to overcome this, I'd be very grateful!
Thanks,
Clare

Do you have a trigger on timeline start that is trying to submit or trying to jump to the next slide?
Hi Phil,
Thanks for the quick response, I don't think I have any of the triggers set to run on timeline start. But here is the file itself so you can see how it's set up, in case that sheds any light on the problem....I'm obviously doing something wrong somewhere.
Thanks!
Clare
