Hello,
I’m writing here because I have an Issue with a course on our Ipad, and our client’s
Ipad, and I don't know what to do anymore... :(
I built a course with some of the available features of Storyline for HTML5.
I run into a problem when I upload it to our LMS and I try to launch it, because it looks like is loading, and sometimes I get the “Play” screen, but normally the internet explorer (safari, opera or chrome) crushes and I cant begin the course. One or two times I got the course to start, but after 5 seconds playing, It happens the same again.
I tried it on our LMS (Betrained), our client’s platform and Scormcloud, and I have the same issue there.
Apart from that, when I managed to start the course, in the “notes” tab, I can see the menu of the course, which I disabled in the project. But if go to the next tab, “Glossary” and I touch back to “Notes”, then I get the “Notes” tab all right.
I made some change and try with Ipad Mini and Ipad 3, but nothing different happened.
Could you help me, please? Our client is really angry and we don’t have much time to solve this. Do you have any idea? On the other side, it works perfectly fine on all the LMS if you run it from the computer.
