I have built several links to different lessons in my module and it works when the training is in preview, but once published none of the triggers seem to work.
Tony, are you testing the published output from a web server or LMS? A lot of trigger functionality is disabled if you're trying to run published content locally, such as from the publish folder on your computer.
I have now published to my LMS and the triggers are not working. I am hoping there is a fix since I have spent many hours working on this. I need to launch the training on Monday, as such I would appreciate some assistance.
Hi, yes the link menus and how to move from one chapter to another.
This e-mail and any attachments may contain confidential and/or proprietary information. If you received this e-mail in error, please notify the sender immediately by reply e-mail and delete the e-mail and any attachments; any further use of such e-mail or attachments is strictly prohibited.
It looks like menu item 3 (distribution) and item 7 (assessment) are not linked correctly on your master slide. When I publish every other menu item except these two work as expected.
Additionally, once you get into your slides on scenes 2 through scene 6, you probably should specifically assign your Next button a target, rather than using "next slide".
For example, assign the Next button on slide 2.1 to go to slide 3.1.
Hope this helps, let me know if you have any questions.
This is odd, because none of them work for me. When I publish as a CD they all work. I will have a play and revert back to you.

This is odd. I can't get any of them to work once published to LMS. Any other ideas why this is happening?

Hi Wendy, I did test it in SCORM Cloud and it still does not work :(

It looks like you and Renz had some communication back and forth, and his last email to you on May 25 about how to import your file into a new Storyline file as it may have been corrupt.
Did you see that email? If not, I can forward it to you again.
I peeked in on your case, and it looks like Renz was able to solve the issue by importing the slides into a new file, since your original file may be corrupted. It looks like she shared that new Storyline file with you.
Did you have a chance to open that file and give it a quick test?

Tony, any way you can post your .story file or a sample file exhibiting this issue with the triggers?
Are all the triggers in your file not working, or just specific ones?
I can, is there a place I can post them privately?
Are you able to replicate the issue with a slimmed down version of your file? Something like 2 or 3 slides with the content stripped out?
Here you go.
Tony, can you share which triggers you're specifically having issues with after publishing?
Links in your course menu navigation? Any specific ones there?
Next buttons?

Hi Tony
have you tested using Scormcloud LMS. That will let us know if it is a SL issue or something with your specific LMS

Hi Leslie,
Can you chase this up for me? I haven't heard any updates.
