I've noticed that recently, when trying to insert modern illustrated characters, they appear to be cropped at the sides. I've tried using a fresh Storyline file, resetting the characters' sizes, and nothing seems to work. I am not experiencing this issue with photographic characters, only the modern illustrated ones.
Has anyone else experienced this issue, or does anyone have an idea of what I could be doing wrong? I've used these characters recently and have not run into this problem before.
I opened Storyline today and the problem seems to be gone now, despite having closed/opened the program yesterday and other troubleshooting steps. Oh well. I suppose I'll leave this post up in case the problem comes back or others experience a similar issue.
I'm experiencing the same problem. I thought it might be because I needed an update. The problem is still happening after updating and opening/closing the course multiple times. Changed the zoom to below 100 as well.

It normally happens when your DPIU/zoom settings are over 100%
I'm experiencing the same problem. I thought it might be because I needed an update. The problem is still happening after updating and opening/closing the course multiple times. Changed the zoom to below 100 as well.

What are your Windows Display settings? You can check by opening Windows Settings > System > Display.
Try adjusting that setting to 100%, and let me know if you see a difference!
