issue with picture inside shape

Hi I am hoping you can help me.  When I insert a picture into a caption it looks great in the slide but when I preview it, the picture is tiled and the caption is cut off  I have attached pictures of both in the slide and preview as well as a related post I found from 10 months ago that did not have the fix listed in the chat.  Maybe this will help you find what is causing this.

I have also attached a story file of the slide in question.
