Just wondered if anyone could help me with the following. I have created some graphs in Storyline. I wanted it to look like they were being drawn, so I created a simple animation in Power Point and recorded using Storylines screen recorder. When I preview it, it works fine. However when I publish it (to LMS as this is the format I need) and then view it the graphs don't seem to appear.
I have uploaded it onto Tempshare and this does work, so it just seems to be the published LMS file that doesn't work.
Any ideas as to what could be the problem, would be appreciated.
There could be a few reasons why the videos don't play in your LMS, but play at Tempshare. I'd recommend reviewing the troubleshooting steps here, specifically the mime types associated with the video and if your LMS supports them.
