Issue with recording Audio

Hi Everyone!  I'm building a course and have been recording audio.  Recorded with no issue on Thursday, but come Friday (and Today) all of the sudden when I go to record it says No Audio.  It's not recognizing the built in mic or the USB headset with Mic that I have been using.  I attached photos so you can see what I'm seeing.  Any suggestions?  Thanks in advance.

Hi Erin, 

It looks like you have the option to choose the Microphone you'd like to use, but when you try to record nothing comes through? 

Since this happened seemingly overnight, are you aware of any other changes to your Windows environment (such as an update) or anything else that could have changed? 

Also, I'd check the last time you closed and shutdown Storyline and your computer, so that everything had a full reboot and reset. 

If you're still having trouble after rebooting everything, I'd want to have you work with our Support Team directly so that they can take a look at any other settings which could be causing this.
