Issue with Reinstalling Articulate 360

I tried to reinstall Articulate 360 and normally opening the .exe file is all it takes. For some reason when I downloaded an new .exe file to make sure I had an updated version, I get a pop Microsoft pop up that it is time to update my device. My device is up to date and there is no way to get past the pop-up and go to the install. I have attached an image. I have called our IT department but they could not resolve either. Has anyone else had this experience?
