I have an issue where I have an SL2 course built to allow up to 5 attempts to be taken to complete a quiz. If the course has 5 failed attempts, SCORM Cloud is not giving me a completion status of Complete. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I am using Output Option - SCORM 2004, 3rd edition and report the status to LMS as Passed/Incomplete.
This seems quite specific! I haven't had any issues with tracking the attempts in SCORM cloud. It would be best for our Support Engineers to take a look at the file. Please use this link to share your file with us. After troubleshooting, we'll be sure to share our findings!
