Hi there,
I don't have a great deal of experience with working with html5 but here are a few thoughts:
This article should help you to determine compatibility issues. For testing purposes it can be quite useful to launch the html.5 from the output folder in google Chrome or Firefox
Storyline is set up to automatically figure out whether the user needs to view the .html or .html5 output so you won't need to do any setting up - other than obviously ensuring the html5 box is ticked when you publish.
My advice with regard to the erratic errors would be to record what errors were encountered when using what device - hopefully this should help to identify common issues vs device specific issues.
Hope this helps.
Thanks for your reply
but many times we are trying to play in google chrome as well as mozilla firefox then also we are getting so many problems what might be the prominent sollution for this
Thanks and regard

Hi Ganga! It looks like Harri has provided you with a fantastic resource to help you understand the functionality differences that can occur between flash and html5.
