Hello everyone, I'm new here and I currently use Storyline 3.
I have a problem with the responsive player (The Menu button) when I play it on iPad.
When I have several subtopics in the menu and I want to go down to look at the rest, the ipad doesn't allow me to scroll down. I tried the two finger trick but it doesn't work either. I've tried it on mobile and on pc and it works correctly, only on ipad isn't working.
Hey there, Jenny! I did a quick test on a course on my iPad mini to see how the scrolling function works with the player menu. You can check that out here.
I was able to use one finger to drag the menu up and down so that I could see all of the slides. You mentioned using 2 fingers to scroll, but what happens if you use one finger to touch and drag the menu up?
