Issue with video playing in preview/ publishing Oct 21, 2020 By Liz Gusi I resized my video in slide view, however, whenever I preview the course, it automatically shrinks and adds a white bar underneath. Can someone please help? I have tried resizing the video, updating the program, but nothing seems to remove the white bar. Thank you! issue.png

Here are a few questions to help us toward a solution: What type of file is the video? For example, mp4. Have you tried importing the video again to see if it appears the same as this slide? Are you using HTML5 Only output when publishing? If not, can you change the published output to HTML5 Only and see if that helps? Which version of Storyline are you using?
