Issues in HTML5 output

1. Sound doesn’t work for certain users, to fix we have to pause, mute, unpause, unmute for the sound to come through.

2. Slides were freezing i.e. not loading all the way through. Had to restart slide/go back a slide and let it play through

3.At the end it produces an error message about not being connected to internet despite it being fully connected.

Can anybody help me on the these issues please?

First, may I ask if you are able to share a screenshot or the exact wording of the error message you said you are receiving? Also, can you please confirm that content is being accessed in supported way by checking out the viewing section on the System Requirements sheet here
