Issues Running Two Versions of Storyline on Computer

Hello,

I have a computer with dual Hard drives. I have had Storyline II running from my D drive (second hard drive) for about a year and a half. Worked great.

My client has given me a license for Articulate 360 to use. It can only be installed on the C Drive. 

When I installed Articulate 360 on my C drive - Storyline II ( on D drive) stopped working. When I click the icon, the box ops up saying it is initializing, and then nothing happens. That window closes and nothing opens. 

I am currently working on programs in both softwares. Can anyone assist me?

Welcome to the community, Carrie 👋Really sorry you're hitting that roadblock in Storyline 2 – let's get that fixed!

I located a recent case of yours and am sharing this latest information with Cleo just in case. In the meantime, it seems like a simple repair for Storyline 2 may resolve this issue.
