Issues signing in!!!!

Hello,

Has anyone had issues signing in when they open a Storyline file? When I open an existing Storyline file I get prompted to sign in. No matter what password I use, I always get an error saying that it had a problem connecting. Does anyone know why this is happening? It's really causing me to get behind on some work! I just can't figure out why this is happening. Any help or advice would be appreciated.

Hi Sarah,

Sorry to hear that you're unable to open your Storyline files. By any chance, do you remember the exact error that you are encountering?

Also, may I ask where are you trying to open these files? Is it via the Mobile Player App? If so, can you kindly check the link below?

This article lists down several scenarios where a user is required to sign in to access a course. It also provides ways in order to resolve the error. I hope this helps.

Hi, Sarah! It looks like you're on an Articulate 360 Team – very cool!

It sounds like you need to sign in to the Articulate 360 Desktop App. Once you're signed in with your Articulate ID and password, you shouldn't be prompted to sign in again.

Let me know if that's what you're seeing, or if we need to keep digging. Any screenshots you can share would be helpful, too!
