Hi Yana. Thanks for reporting what you're seeing. So I can test this behavior on my end, let me know the following:
What version of Mojave are you using? Click the Apple icon and go to About This Mac.
What versions of Google Chrome and Safari are you using?
I created a test file with audio and closed captions, and I set the slides to advance when the timeline ends. Can you let me know if that matches your file setup? Feel free to attach your .story file here for me to test. You can share it publicly here, or send it to me privately by uploading it here. I'll delete it when I'm done troubleshooting.
We are using Mac OS Mojave (10.14) and latest Safari (v12.0) and Chrome. Yes, the slides are set to auto-advance when the timeline ends on all but the first slide. Our story file is too large to attach here (about 650 MB), so I'll try to load it through the other link you sent.
