I have a presentation that I have created in Storyline that works fine in the storyline, works fine in preview mode, but when I publish it and view the html file, it freezes on one particular slide every time. I can look at all the slides before, and all the slides after, but when the progression of the presentation gets to the one in question, it doesn't go anywhere, and I can't click on anything else to get around it. Do you know why this would be?
You'll always want to test your published output in it's intended environment, not locally as they can cause some security restrictions. Have you checked the triggers on that slide to see if there is anything preventing it from advancing? If you'd like to share the .story file here or send it to us privately we can test it as well to see what's happening.
