We are experiencing a number of issues with Chrome 63 with things like showing Infinity%, NaN results, glossary issues (when selecting a term a number of 'pages' from top, causes list to bounce back to top); images disappearing (while it appears in IE11). This is all we have seen so far.
Any advice or technical support would be appreciated.
Sorry to hear that you've run into issues with Chrome. I'm running that version of Chrome on my system as well, so if you could share your .story project file for me to take a look, I'd be happy to do so. Just let me know the steps to replicate and/or slides to focus on.
Our organization pushed a software update and it seems to have resolved the issue, however, the issue with the Glossary still exists (where you select a term a couple of 'pages' down, and the list returns to the top after you click).
I do see where we had an issue with the HTML5 output with the glossary jumping to the top, but this was corrected in a Storyline 360 update and will be in the next Storyline 3 update.
I did; I update ever time I see an update available. The fix disappeared with a new Chrome build, but the last update (above) seems to have resolved my issues. I had to republish my file in order for the Glossary fix to take affect. Thank you as always!!!! Even if you are just morale support :)
I just experienced the Infinity% issue in Internet Explorer which opens it up to most likely not a Chrome issue. There also seems to be some weird calculations going on. This was a 3-question quiz, yet somehow I passed with 20pts and Infinity%. When I tried to click next, it did not work. I guess Infinity% is not greater than 100%?
This is just soo special. We're troubleshooting now to see if we find anything.

BTW - the Infinity% and NaN show on the Results pages of tests.

Hey Lynn! Thanks for popping in with an update.
What version of Storyline are you using?

I saw an update to the software today... (Storyline 360 3.11.14180) ... and installed it. Is that the 'next' update or will it be in the future yet?
Hi Lynn - So you have Storyline 360 then? The fix I mentioned was actually in Build 3.9.13488.0
What is the version that you are currently on? If you are still seeing the issue in a current version, we may need to take a look at your .story file.

Ah yes, republish would be important.
So glad to hear that everything is working well for you now Lynn. I appreciate you keeping me up to date and happy to help you out however I can :)

Hey Kendra,
Sorry to hear that you ran into an issue with this.
Your image is the first time I've seen it happen, since Lynn was able to correct her issues with some updates.
You mention you're still testing, so I'd advise similar, make sure you are on the latest software update and browser version.
If you need us to take a look, feel free to share your .story file.
