Issues with Drag and Drop

I'm having a problem with Drag and Drop interactions. I'm not using the convert to freeform method. I want to reveal certain layers (with the base layers still interactive to the user) so that markers show up if the user drops the item in the correct spot. The problem I'm having is that only 2 of the items will correctly drag and drop. The other ones won't do anything or pop up in the wrong "box". I've looked at all the triggers to make sure that they are correct. I've tried moving the markers to the baseline layer and just change the state from hidden to normal. I've erased all the images and redid everything again. But I still can't get all them to work. I've even tested the triggers one at time as I created it and it stops to work after I've done two of them.

Hi Jerson,
First, I have to tell you that English is not my native language so I will try me best to be clear.
On the layer Name Plate Correct, the option "Hide other slide layers" is active so, as soon as this one is in place all the others will not show. Just deactivate it and it will help you a lot.
Also, this is a suggestion... using the line caption makes difficiult to drop the items at the right place because it is centered over the whole shape including the line. If I had to do it, I would use rectangles and lines separately so the items would be dropped directly on the rectangle shape. It is less frustrating then for the participants.

switching out the callouts with a regular shape box did the trick. I didnt even consider this because it worked so well with 2 of them. Thanks for the help.
