Even though I hyperlinked the entire shape, only certain parts of the shape is clickable. It could be frustrating trying to find which area to click. Any fixes? Thanks.
Thanks for the sample. I don't know why I'm having this issue where the entire share is not clickable. I tried recreating mine using your file and I didn't get the same issue. I'll try recreating it again to see if it works. Thanks.
I took a look at your file and it seems that something is blocking the buttons because when I moved them to the top of the timeline the clickarea on the buttons worked as intended.
Now that you say that, I notice that the border of the grouped object above overlaps the shapes a little bit. I moved the shapes to front and the issue seemed to go away! Thanks everyone!!!

there isn't another object that could be partially overlapping your label?
Might be easier for someone to help if they can see your setup - can you upload the slide?
