Issues with importing XLF files

Hi!
While I import XLF files in my course (for translation), most of the slides seem fine, but a few slides come with additional HTML tags. I want to know if there is something I can do to avoid this.
Below is a sample of the HTML tags that get imported into the SL file:

Would you mind sending in your .story and translation file for testing by using this private upload link? Our Engineers will let you know what they find, and delete both files after troubleshooting.

Thanks for getting back. I'm afraid these are highly confidential files that cannot be shared. I'm gonna check if I can recreate the problem and send another file. This might take some time though :(

In the meantime, I'll try my best to help you get to the bottom of this without seeing the files. What translation tool are you using? When going through these import steps, are the .story and .XLF files saved on a local hard drive?

Yes. We do follow the import steps and I make sure that I have the files on my local drive.
