Issues with playing Articulate Storyline project on iPad

Hello. I was working on a project and testing the project on iPad and got some issues.
First, when I add layers on slides, some layers close for less than 1 second and some other are working normally.

For example, I have an introduction page where I have 5 layers to be shown and first 2 are working normally, 3,4 & 5th layer just show up for a moment and then disappear. The next slide (MENU) has 4 layers and all of them are not working correct, all of them are disappearing. Really dont know what is the problem, this never happened before.. Btw, I am using update 3 of Articulate Storyline.

And second problem is with web browsers I use on iPad. I have Safari, Google Chrome & Opera and only Safari is playing the projects. When I try to open a project with Opera it just starts loading and stops, nothing happens, with google chrome it doesnt even want to start, when I press play everything closes...

Hi Marko,

In regards to the layers closing, you'll want to double check that there aren't trigger to hide the layer based on when the timeline ends or something else that could be causing the odd behavior. Also we're currently on update 5 of Storyline, and although I don't see a specific fix that sounds like anything that you could be experiencing with your layers, it's always a good idea to be on the most recent update.

In regards to viewing content on your iPad, you'll want to use the Articulate Mobile player app or view the HTML5 content within Mobile Safari as detailed here with our supported browsers.

Thanks for the reply. The weirdest is that only some layers are behaving that way. For example, I have a slide with 5 layers (I just duplicated them and add different text, everything is the same), and first 2 are working great, 3, 4 & 5th are behaving weird. I have no triggers about closing layers on it and probably I would install update 5 and try with it.

Hi Marko,

If elements of your file are behaving oddly, it's also worth checking that you're working with local project files as described here. If you've been working off a network/usb drive you can try importing it into a new file to try and resolve any of the odd behavior.

Hi Ashley, I am working with files on my hard drive, and it has those issues.
Now, another issue started appearing. When I play a project from an iPad it started crashing, if there are totally 7 image to fade in on a slide, one is missing, and that is also totally random. Once one image is not showing, next time another, third time all are here but the project crashes, after that the slide is ok but on next one crashes. Really weird behavior.

I have tried with update 5 but I got the same results.

Hi Christine, and sorry for not replying.
I can provide, but its not small file, whole project is around 400mb. I would copy the slides that are making problems and will send a project with only those slides.
